George F. Willis George graduated, with highest honors, from The University of Georgia with a BBA in marketing. A fifth generation Georgian, with over 26 years experience in marketing real estate, George is the leading broker in Bartow County, representing sellers and buyers of acreage and income producing properties. BUYER REPRESENTATION When representing a buyer, the Firm's job is to find the best possible site for the clients needs at the lowest possible price. George F. Willis, Realty will find and present the buyer with appropriate sites, and negotiate on the buyers behalf to obtain the most favorable deal. Typically, sellers pay the commission; thus, in the vast majority of cases, buyer representation is cost free and saves the buyer an immense amount of time.
